At the Summit Mountain Lodge Steakhouse, we take great satisfaction in serving only the freshest, locally sourced beef, organic produce, and homemade marinades and sauces. Both head chefs at our restaurant place a premium on excellence in all three of these areas. Only the scenery from the steakhouse’s outdoor patio can compete with the quality of the food.
