Wedding Packages
We offer two distinct wedding packages to suit your vision. Our Glacier Peaks Package provides an outdoor wedding experience with spectacular mountain views, accommodating up to 100 guests. For more intimate celebrations, our Summit Moments Package offers an elegant indoor venue for up to 25 guests. Both include professional staff, setup, and all necessary equipment—we’re truly a one-stop shop for your special day.

Our wedding venues include an outdoor ceremony platform with stunning mountain views, a 30×50 ft. timber-frame pavilion for receptions, perennial flower gardens perfect for photography, and the private Train Conductor Suite for intimate gatherings. All venues feature professional lighting, sound capabilities, and breathtaking natural backdrops that create unforgettable settings for your celebration.
Catering & Drinks
From rehearsal dinners to reception feasts, our executive chefs create custom farm-to-table menus featuring local Montana beef, fresh produce, and house-made specialties. Choose from various dining packages and complement your meal with our selection of Montana craft beers, signature cocktails, and carefully curated wines. We also offer bar packages, champagne toasts, and custom drink options.

Group Accommodations
Our nine private cabins can accommodate up to 47 wedding guests on-site, with options ranging from cozy single units to spacious family cabins sleeping up to 10 people. All wedding packages require a minimum two-night reservation of all cabins, ensuring complete privacy for your celebration. For larger groups, we can recommend nearby accommodations in East Glacier Village, just 10 minutes away.
